We understand that sometimes you want to share good content with your friends and family which is why we may enable you to email a recipe or other similar content to your friends through our application.


Please understand that when you elect to use our service to send such content to a friend you will be required to give us your friend’s name and email address. We will use this information to send your friend a one-time e-mail on your behalf sharing the content selected by you with a link to our Website. We do not store your friend’s name or email address on our database. It is your responsibility to obtain the consent of such third-party before providing their personal information to us and to inform them of the content of this Privacy Policy before providing us with their personal information.


We do not condone spam and have strict policies against users who attempt to use our service to send unsolicited bulk emails.

Inviting a friend

We would love to welcome your friends and family to join My Meal Plan. We may enable you to invite a friend using the referral functionality built in the Application. Where you invite any user, you will be required to provide us your friend’s name and email address. We will use this information to send your friend a one-time e-mail on your behalf with an invitation to join My Meal Plan. We do not store your friend’s name or email address on our database. It is your responsibility to obtain the consent of such third-party before providing their personal information to us and to inform them of the content of this Privacy Policy.


Please refrain from using our service to send spam/bulk emails as it may result in your account being suspended or banned.
