We treat the handling of your personal information seriously.


By proceeding to use the Service and submitting your information to us, you are giving us your consent to collect, use and share your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of eighteen years, please do not submit any personal information to us.


Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without giving any prior notice to you to reflect our new privacy practices. Where we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such changes through our website at least seven days before such change becoming effective and by amending the last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services offered by the Company following the introduction of the changes to the Privacy Policy will constitute as an acceptance of such changes by you.


Collection and Use of information

When you browse through our website / service and create an account for the Services, we collect some personal information as well as non-personal information from you.


When you register an account, you will be required to provide us with your full name, email address and billing information to our payment processor (if you subscribe for the premium plan). We use this information to verify your account, enable you to log into My Meal Plan application and use the selected Service and to contact you if required.


Information we collect from your use of our Services

When you access our Service, you expressly consent to the transmission and use of your non-personal information as outlined hereunder. If you do not wish for us to collect and use this non-personal information, your sole remedy is to cease using our Service. We collect your non-personal information through the use of log data which collects information such as your IP address, your operating system, browser name and version and other similar non-personal information including your dietary behaviour and patterns to improve our automatic meal planning service designed for your specific preferences. We use this information to better understand how you use our Services and to improve our User’s experience. Please note this information does not give us any personal information about our Users.



Sharing your Information and Compliance with laws

With the exception of merger or acquisition we will not sell or rent your personal information to any third-party.


Sometimes we may have to share some of your personal information with service providers that we use during the course of delivering our services such as: our development team (if you report any bugs or issues with the system), our support staff (to contact you if required) and our employees who are involved in delivering the services to you. Please be assured that these Service Providers will only use your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and we will not share any information with them that is not necessary. We do not authorize any third-party service providers to use your information for any other purposes than those outlined in this Agreement.


We may also share your personal information with any government authority or law enforcement bodies if required to do so by law or subpoena and reserve the right to share your personal information to defend ourselves against any claims or allegations.



You will be offered a choice to receive marketing material from us when you sign-up for our Service. However, should you decide you no longer wish to receive such marketing material from us, you can just as easily unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link in the bottom of our email. Please take note that although after you unsubscribe we will no longer send you any marketing material, we may still need to contact you to send you important notices about our Services.


Sharing with your friends

We understand that sometimes you want to share good content with your friends and family which is why we may enable you to email food content to your friends through our application. Please understand that when you elect to use our service to send such content to a friend you will be required to give us your friend’s name and email address. We will use this information to send your friend a one-time e-mail on your behalf sharing the content selected by you with a link to our Website. We do not store your friend’s name or email address on our database. We do not condone spam and have strict policies against users who attempt to use our service to send unsolicited bulk emails. If your friend does not want to receive any such e-mails from you their sole remedy is to contact you directly and request you to refrain from sending such correspondence in future.


Inviting a friend

We would love to welcome your friends and family to join MyMealPlan. We may enable you to invite a friend using the referral functionality built in the Application. Where you invite any user, you will be required to provide us your friend’s name and email address. We will use this information to send your friend a one-time e-mail on your behalf with an invitation to join MyMealPlan. We do not store your friend’s name or email address on our database. Please refrain from using our service to send spam/bulk emails as it may result in your account being suspended or banned. If your friend does not want to receive any e-mails from you they should contact you directly and request you to refrain from sending such correspondence in future.


Transferring your information

We may hold and process you information (personal information and non-personal information) in and outside the country of your residence. By providing us your personal information you agree to such transfer of data in and outside of the European Economic Area. Regardless of where your information is transferred and processed, your personal data is protected by this Privacy Policy.


You have the right to withdraw your consent or request us to remove your personal information from our records at any time by simply contacting us at the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. Please note that when you request us to remove your personal information from our records, we will retain certain minimal information on our records to fulfil our business and legal requirements. Where you choose to withdraw your consent, you will no longer be able to continue using our service.



We care about the security of your personal information and strive to keep all your personal  information secure. We use industry best practices and commercially viable methods to protect your personal information. However, as our Website is built upon third-party tools and software there may be vulnerabilities that we are not yet aware of, we are unable to offer any guarantees as to the security of your personal information.


Retention of User data

We will retain your personal information on our database for the entire duration that you are subscribed to our Service. After you cancel your account, we will not retain any of your personal information on our database for a period longer than necessary for the fulfilment of our business and legal obligations.

If you a California consumer you also have a right under the California Civil Code Section 1798.83 to request us if we have disclosed any of your personal information to any third parties for such third-party’s direct marketing purposes once per calendar year. We make use of cookies on our Application.
